Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt

1/2 cup washed, stemmed blueberries

Honey to taste


Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add 3-4 ice cubes, or freeze blueberries ahead of time for thicker consistency.
